Terms of Use
Last updated 11 September 2026. ULLRA is a lap-timing and coaching service for rental kart racing.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or have a guardian create and manage the account with you — the signup confirmation says which.
- Your racing name is your public identity: it appears on leaderboards, results and shared cards. Choose it yourself; it is never taken from your email address.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Claiming sessions
Scanning a QR code attaches that kart's session to your account. Only claim sessions you drove — or, as a guardian, sessions your child drove. A session nobody claims belongs to a kart, not to a person, and stays that way.
Leaderboards and social
Lap times on leaderboards and published race results are public by design. The rest of the social side — feed, rivals, comparisons, search — can be switched off in settings, per surface, in the query itself. If you delete your account, your times stay on the boards without your name.
Fair use
Do not claim other people's sessions, do not scrape the service, and do not use it to harass other drivers. Times that break the plausibility checks can be invalidated, and accounts that abuse the service can be suspended by an admin.
Availability
ULLRA is provided as is. Timing is indicative — for fun and coaching, not certified. Interruptions happen; a missed session is an annoyance, not a claim.
Privacy and changes
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. If the terms change materially, the new version applies from the day it is published here. Privacy Policy
